Yes, occasionally I've been unhappy with a purchase BUT it's rare; and yes, there was a couple of items that I found "cheap-looking" but I'm super-careful to read the material description prior to purchase - sometimes you can just tell.I was not contacted about it, and I think there is a law that says you are supposed to ask customers to keep waiting or cancel order, but they don't.

The dress I ordered in a 10 I could have worn in an 8 but it is really ok.One medium fits great, one is a bit snug.I did order 3 dresses and paid for 2 day air so if they don't fit I will still have time to reorder the right sizes before our cruise.
